Website enquiries
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry subject and message. We use these details to receive, consider and respond to your enquiry and keep relevant business correspondence. We do not publish your enquiry.
Contact-form enquiries are stored securely in our website enquiry inbox for up to 90 days. Authorised Pembroke staff use this inbox to receive and respond to your enquiry. Your message is only confirmed as received after it has been stored successfully.
Selling your car through WhatsApp
The Sell your car form uploads only the photographs you select to our website’s hosting storage. It creates a private sharing link which is available for 7 days. Anyone who has that link can view the photographs during that period, so share it only with the people you intend to receive it. Avoid photographs containing identity documents, financial information or other unnecessary personal details.
The registration, name, phone number and optional vehicle details you enter are used on your device to prepare a WhatsApp message. They are not included in the photo-upload request. Your enquiry is not sent to Pembroke until you open WhatsApp and press Send. When you do, WhatsApp processes the message, your contact details and the photograph-sharing link under its own privacy practices.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and related business records. Please do not send payment card information or identity documents through either enquiry route.
Website hosting and cookies
The website code does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs, including IP addresses and request information, to provide and protect the website. Account sign-in is used only for private website maintenance.
Vehicle photographs
Photographs uploaded to published showroom listings are displayed publicly. Illustrative photography on the home page is identified as such and does not represent a vehicle offered for sale.
Other services
Links to Companies House and WhatsApp take you to services with their own privacy practices. If you contact us through another service, that service also processes your information.

To ask about information you have supplied, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact us and identify the correspondence concerned. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
