Open a vehicle listing and choose “Enquire about this vehicle”. Its details will be added to your enquiry. You can also contact us with the vehicle name.
What happens after I enquire?
Discuss the vehicle and next steps directly with Pembroke by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. Before agreeing to a purchase, confirm the price, vehicle details, payment arrangements and paperwork for that sale. An enquiry by itself does not reserve a vehicle or commit you to a purchase.
How do I find out if a vehicle is still available?
The listing shows the vehicle’s advertised status. Contact us to confirm availability before making arrangements or travelling.
Can I ask for more details or photographs?
Yes. Send us the vehicle name and the information you’d like to know. You can use the enquiry form or WhatsApp.
How do I arrange to view a vehicle?
Contact us about the vehicle you’re interested in so viewing arrangements can be discussed and confirmed directly.
Can you deliver a vehicle?
Yes. Vehicle delivery is available. Ask us about delivery to your address and we’ll confirm the timing and cost for the vehicle and postcode.
Where can I find the price and vehicle information?
Each current vehicle listing includes its advertised price and the details supplied for that vehicle. Ask us about anything that needs clarification before proceeding.
Can I tell you about a car I want to sell?
Yes. Use our Sell your car page to add the registration, photographs and your contact details. Open WhatsApp and press Send to share your enquiry with us.
Can I enquire about a vehicle I cannot see listed?
Tell us the make, model or type of vehicle you have in mind and your budget. Use the enquiry form to start a conversation.
How can I raise a question or concern?
Contact Pembroke by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. For a concern about a vehicle or purchase, include the vehicle name and enough detail for us to identify the matter. Please do not send bank details or identity documents through these channels.
